The 32-year-old diva won Miss Universe Sri Lanka pageant in 2006. She later started her career with modeling after completed graduation from the University of Sydney. According to some reports she also has worked as a television reporter in her country.

Counting these films, she has worked a total of 13 movies in just 7 years of her career.The work alongside superstars like Salman Khan in chartbuster action movie Kick (2014) and Akshay Kumar in Houseful series made Jacqueline lead actress of Bollywood. Although A Gentleman (2017) beside Sidharth Malhotra was failed in comedy film Judwaa 2 with Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu got a very good response at Box office.
