Controversies

In May of 2016, Hiba's Meri Saasu Maa co-star Aanchal Khurana told a leading portal that Pearl and Hiba’s budding closeness on the sets of the show had bent a trouble for all the squad members. When this report came to Hiba's ears, she went straight into Aanchal's room and started throwing abuses at her. The circumstances worsened when Aanchal strike back. As a result, the producers and the director had to intervene to calm things down.
